New User (Introductory) Courses
If you are new to the Web Platform and are looking to gain access to your site, you are on the right page. New users will need to register and complete the 101 and 201 training courses. We have created several different versions of the 101 and 201 courses to make this process as smooth as possible.
- Virtual Courses (Zoom) – Held on a regular basis.
- In-Person Courses – Held on a monthly basis at Geffen Hall.
- Customized Team Courses – For groups or teams needing individualized training.
You will be granted access to the Web Platform once you have completed both courses and the site owner has approved your access request.

*Note: New users must attend both the 101: Intro to the Web Platform and the 201: Intro to Layout Paragraphs training to gain access to the Web Platform. New users must complete a knowledge evaluation and watch or attend a minimum of 70% of the courses to count towards site access.
**Note: For the In-Person and Virtual Courses courses, access to the Web Platform will be typically granted the same week that both courses are completed.
***Note: For the Self-Paced Courses, it may take up to two weeks to receive access to the Web Platform after both courses have been completed.
